During the latest installment of Cosmetic Executive Women’s (CEW) Women & Men in Beauty Series, brand leaders shared strategy and insight during a presentation at the Harmonie Club on November 29 entitled Prestige Skin Care’s Top Innovators. Featured speakers included Charisse Ford, SVP of global marketing for Estée Lauder; Silvia Galfo, SVP, U.S. marketing for Lancôme; and Tomoko Yamagishi-Dressler, SVP of marketing for Shiseido Cosmetics America.
