Michael Edwards Partners with Hearst
Hearst Magazines Digital Media will partner with fragrance mastermind Michael Edwards to create a comprehensive online fragrance database called the Fragrance Finder. With information and recommendations for roughly 6,500 fragrances, the site is designed to help consumers find their ideal scents.
It will be featured on web sites for various Hearst titles, including Cosmopolitan, Esquire, Good Housekeeping, Harper's Bazaar, Marie Claire, Redbook, Seventeen, Town & Country and cosmogirl.com.
“The Fragrance Finder will be an invaluable tool for anyone searching for a recommendation, a scent that has similar characteristics to one they already wear, or advice on how to find a new fragrance that’s right for them,” said Mr. Edwards, author of the famed annual fragrance guide, Fragrances of the World.
“The Fragrance Finder will offer advertisers the opportunity to reach a large audience of men, women and teens interested in exploring the various scents available to them,” said Kristine Welker, vice president of sales and marketing for Hearst Magazines Digital Media.
